In the Netherlands, Belle released the successful 'Me & You' together with Jody Bernal, but her big breakthrough came with 'Que Viva La Vida', a song that reached the top 10 in the Dutch Top 40 and the Mega Top 50. The album of the same name, made especially for the Netherlands, also went gold with more than 50,000 copies sold. Together with Jan Smit, she presented the successful TV program "TROS Muziekfeest." With "Me and You," "Light of My Life," "Enamorada," "Que Viva La Vida," and "Ave Maria," Belle scored hits not only in the Low Countries. In Flanders, she won Radio 2 Summer Hit five times in a row, making her the female record holder.

After Milow in a previous season, Belle Perez once again achieved a Belgian first, as she is the first female Belgian artist to participate in the popular music program Beste Zangers. In her latest theater show, Belle creates an explosion of warmth with her hits and, for the first time, with songs she performed on Beste Zangers.
