Jan Smit is making December extra festive this year. For the first time since 2015, he is releasing a Christmas album.
"De Mooiste Tijd Van 'T Jaar" is filled with a warm mix of classics, but also brand new music. Listeners will soon be able to sing along to 'Nu Zijt Wellekome, Kling Klokjes, Jingle Bells' and enjoy new additions such as the single of the same name, 'De Mooiste Tijd Van 'T Jaar' (The Most Wonderful Time of the Year) or 'Het Wonder Van Kerst' (The Miracle of Christmas).
The album also features a special duet with Kim-Lian van der Meij."Was Het Elke Dag Maar Kerstmis" is a special Christmas remake of the existing duet "Jij Bent Daar," which Jan and Kim-Lian recorded together years ago.
As December approaches, I start to feel excited. I just can't help it! It's the most wonderful time of the year, after all...
De Mooiste Tijd Van ‘T Jaar will be availablefrom November 22 via the usual streaming services, but also on CD. Signed copies are available in limited edition.
