Jan Smit's new album "Boven Jan," released last week, enters the GFK Album Top 100 at number one today! This is the thirteenth time that Smit has occupied the top position in the album chart with an album.
The LP/CD "Boven Jan" features fourteen tracks, including the singles "Zolang Je Bij Me Bent," the duet with Waylon "Tussen Jou En Mij," and, of course, Jan's latest "De Spiegel." Jan wrote the album together with Alain Clark, Han Kooreneef, Matthijn Buwalda, and others. He also wrote a number of the tracks for "Boven Jan" with Jan's regular producer Thomas Tol.
Theater tour Boven Jan
Starting in January 2023, Jan Smit will be touring theaters in the Netherlands and Flanders with the Boven Jan theater tour. Tickets are available via NTK.NL.
