Today, Chantal Janzen and Jan Smit are releasing the single "Festival der Liebe." The reason for their collaboration is their love of German music and their desire to create an anthem for their first music festival, which bears the same title.
Festival der Liebe is originally a song by Jürgen Marcus from 1973 and is about love. The lyrics read: "Our life should be one big celebration of love, that's what the world needs, because without love, life is worthless'. Chantal and Jan's song was created in collaboration with none other than music producer John Dirne. The single will be released as the anthem of the German-language music festival 'Festival der Liebe', which will take place on April 5 and 6 in Rotterdam Ahoy.
